  • Strong portfolio of transport planning work and proven track record of winning work
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary transport strategies, feasibility studies and business cases
  • Degree in a related discipline (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in transport modelling and data analysis tools
  • Member of a relevant professional organisation (such as IHT, ILT, TPS or ICE) ideally a chartered professional or TPP
  • Demonstrable senior skills in planning for major infrastructure projects (particularly transport), demand modelling/forecasting, transport business cases, wider transport economics, transport policy & strategy
  • Professional, strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues, and good report writing abilities
  • MSc or further qualifications related to transport planning or transport economics are of benefit but not essential
