Tasks

-Maintain job postings on various online platforms and social media channels. -Assist and attend job fairs for various departments. -Assist with New Hire prescreening, onboarding, and various recruiting needs. -Utilizing our ATS to build a talent database, screen candidates' resumes and job applications, perform introductory phone screens, and organize interviews with shortlisted candidates. -Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into Hunt Electric employees.

-High school diploma or equivalent. -Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours. -Attention to detail and accuracy. -Problem assessment and problem-solving. -Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude. -Possess high levels of energy, creativity, and enthusiasm, and be eager to learn. -Demonstrated ability to work professionally with a variety of individuals as part of a team at all levels. -Excellent communication skills. -Proficient with Microsoft Office 360. -Clean driving record. -Experience in construction, customer service, or a call center is a plus.
