Tasks

-Support the coordination and submission of NOCs, permits, and regulatory approvals for advisory and infrastructure projects. -Attend stakeholder meetings, take minutes, and track action items. -Contribute to internal reporting requirements and data management to ensure accurate project tracking. -Support the resolution of stakeholder comments and ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards. -Assist in preparing stakeholder engagement plans, reports, and technical documentation. -Coordinate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements. -Assist in managing stakeholder relationships, including government authorities, municipalities, and utility providers. -Provide technical and administrative support for stakeholder engagement activities. -Maintain accurate records of stakeholder communications, submissions, and project correspondence.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline. -Fluency in English is required. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. -Experience in stakeholder or approvals coordination in construction or related sectors is an advantage. -1–2 years of experience in stakeholder management, approvals coordination, or project support. -UAE Nationality (with a valid Family Book).
