Overview

Assist with cost proposals, take-offs, and pricing for HVAC/plumbing projects.

Tasks

-Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services and remote monitoring -Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response -New Construction - Engineering, fabrication and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices -Work hard! The Estimating Intern will work on detailed cost proposals with Estimating team, as well as working closely with Purchasing and Project Management teams.
