What You Bring

-HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering. -Experience in SME environments and broad business understanding. -Valid UK driving licence. -MRICS accreditation and relevant CSCS card. -Strong leadership in line with JCA's brand image -Knowledge of statutory requirements and methods within the construction and engineering industry. -Analytical, and negotiation skills. -Proficiency in tools like SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Excel, Asta Powerproject.
