Overview

Loads trucks, handles raw materials, operates equipment, and maintains records in a production site.

Tasks

-Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product -Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance -Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors -Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments. -Completes paperwork and enter batch information into SAP -Manages Autonomous Maintenance activities -Properly cleans out reactors -Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available -Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc.

-Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO) -Valid Driver's License -Selected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
