-Thorough understanding of installation of mechanical and electrical equipment. -Excellent time management and organizational skills required. -Must possess ability to work well with multiple disciplines such as project managers, contractors, engineers, and end users. -Must be able to understand and respond to questions related to submittals and specifications. -Must be able to read wiring diagrams and layout drawings. -Demonstrated skills and experience in mediation and negotiation. -Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands. -Excellent presentation skills. -Must be able to travel and work hours as required to meet customer needs. -Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. -Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. -Must be able to manage multiple start-up sites at one time. -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
