Tasks

-Champion Key Initiatives: Play a vital role in driving Sevan-wide initiatives like Safety and Sustainability, ensuring positive impacts for our people and the planet. -Serve as the primary client contact, proactively communicating project updates and resolving issues. -Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. -Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk and ensure project success. -Set the Standard: Be a role model for professional behavior, fostering a workplace culture that motivates and inspires others. -Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards. -Conduct project kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews to drive continuous improvement. -Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance project delivery. -Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration. -Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting in alignment with Sevan’s standards and best practices. -Represent Sevan in client and project meetings, fostering strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. -Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers. -Support Development of Top Brands: Opportunity to work behind the scenes supporting efforts for industry leaders like McDonald’s, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven.

What You Bring

-Experience managing retail or restaurant construction programs including remodels, refreshes, and multi-site rollouts required. -Exceptional communication skills with clients, contractors, and project teams at all levels. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 10–15 years of relevant experience. -PMP certification preferred. -Proven expertise in construction project management, with strong knowledge of all phases from preconstruction through closeout. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. -Ground-up construction experience is a strong plus.
