The Role

Overview

Coordinate and manage temporary workforce, recruiting and supporting contractors at client sites.

Tasks

-Addressing contractor frequently asked questions pertaining to the assignment, pay, benefit, etc -Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek for conflict resolution. -Perform various customer service related activities. -Maximize profitability by understanding client needs, providing quality contractors. -Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of client production and or staff meetings. -Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. -Source and recruit candidates up to 50% of the time -Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary. -Perform all necessary contractor screenings to ensure their qualifications meet open positions (i.e. interviews, reference checks, skills testing, background checks, orientations, site tours etc…)

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) -The OPM must have the ability to effectively communicate to contractors, potential contractors, client contacts and internal contacts. -Experience in a team-oriented environment -Customer or sales focused experience
