Manage contracts and commercial aspects for Designer JV on large transit construction project

Tasks

-Occasional climbing on and off equipment and bending -Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and reflective vests when on-site -Support the Technical Manager in contract administration of the Designer JV contract letter, claim analysis, change order, invoice check -Serve as the legal expert for the management of the Designer JV contract -Support the Technical Manager in ESDC (Engineering Support During Construction) management and administration with Designer (part of DBJV responsibility and budget) and with Client (part of Client responsibility and allowance)

What You Bring

-Valid Driver’s License -Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a contractual administration position with Designer and main Subcontractors -Fluent in English with professional proficiency -Ability to work in multicultural environment -Must be able to lift 25lbs -Experience and knowledge in technical and design & build topics -Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills -Legal degree, Master Degree in Civil Engineer -Experience in partnering with an executive team, with excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills -Walking and standing while in-office or on-site -Commercial awareness with the ability to understand broader business issues -Experience working on Joint Venture (JV) construction projects
