-Lead safety initiatives and maintain quality control measures -Oversee MEP-related construction project management activities, system installation, testing, and commissioning processes -Coordinate system startups and final commissioning -Develop and maintain project schedules -Manage subcontractor relationships and coordinate with project stakeholders -Ensure regulatory compliance and code adherence -Review shop drawings, submittals, and technical documentation -Guide field personnel and foster professional development -Interface with design teams and project management

-Experience with Primavera P6 preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam -Bachelor's degree in related field preferred -10+ years construction site manager/superintendent experience with private, manufacturing facility or vertical, industrial construction projects -Detail-oriented and organized -Proven track record of successful project delivery -Strong background in construction safety protocols -5+ years MEP Superintendent experience -Experience with regional travel to construction project sites and extended temporary living arrangements near the client construction project site -Experience with 10 days-on/4 days-off or similar work schedules -Industry certifications valued -Problem-solving mindset -Understanding of lean construction principles -Adaptable team player -Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) -Strong communication and leadership abilities -Experience with building automation systems and commissioning procedures -Knowledge of VDC software
