Tasks
-Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams to incorporate customer-driven innovations into the broader product portfolio. -Act as a technical authority in solution design and integration, aligning internal engineering output with client needs. -Act as the communication bridge between customers, internal engineering, and senior management, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities. -Collaborate with leaders across flight data monitoring, certification/design approval, and technical support groups to deliver integrated solutions. -Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the team. -Partner with project management and customer-facing teams to ensure delivery milestones are met on time and within budget. -Establish structured review processes to track progress, mitigate risks, and align outcomes with customer expectations. -Lead the development and integration of customized aircraft systems, including avionics, communication platforms, and data management solutions. -Lead, mentor, and coach a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring professional growth, engagement, and high performance. -Ensure all solutions meet applicable certification, quality, and regulatory standards. -Drive continuous improvement by fostering innovation and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance products, services, and delivery processes. -Translate customer requirements into clear technical roadmaps and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope. -Oversee feature development, issue resolution, and customer-specific system configurations, ensuring technical accuracy and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring
We are seeking a seasoned Integration & Avionics Systems Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and integration of complex technical solutions for aircraft-based systems. This role combines technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and people management to ensure seamless integration of products and services into customer environments. The successful candidate will bring deep experience in software development, avionics integration, and systems certification, along with proven ability to lead engineering teams in delivering tailored, compliant, and innovative solutions. -Strong background in systems engineering, software development (embedded and enterprise), and aircraft systems integration. -Minimum 7 years of experience in systems integration, product development, or technical project management within the aviation or technology sectors. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Integration, or related discipline. -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical detail to business needs. -Experience ensuring compliance with certification, safety, and regulatory requirements. -Demonstrated expertise in avionics integration, aircraft certification programs, or regulated installation projects. -Proven leadership skills with experience building and developing high-performing technical teams.
