What You Bring

Michigan-based candidates preferred, but open to strong researchers in nearby states willing to travel Strong attention to detail and comfort with historical deed language Tech-savvy – Excel/spreadsheet proficiency required Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for courthouse research across Michigan This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and familiar with title work, particularly researching recorded agreements filed by other renewable developers. While most of the work (70–80%) can be done remotely, you must be willing and able to travel to courthouses statewide for in-person research as needed. This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible) Must have an active LLC Title research experience (courthouse or online) -Michigan-based candidates preferred, but open to strong researchers in nearby states willing to travel -Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for courthouse research across Michigan -Title research experience (courthouse or online) -Strong attention to detail and comfort with historical deed language -This is a full-time 1099 contract role (not benefits-eligible) -Must have an active LLC -Tech-savvy – Excel/spreadsheet proficiency required
