-Online reviews 30% of installed jobs -Maintain branch quality standards -Review concerns with Installation Supervisor and Regional Operations Manager -Oversee performance of Lead Installers and Apprentices and train them on proper procedures -Review schedule with Installation Supervisor -Installer to Lead Installer 9 months of hire -Ensure that crews know details of job to be installed and have loaded proper materials and -Check jobs for potential installation problems prior to job start -Review contract with customer -Obtain building permits as required -Install jobs as needed
