Tasks

-Supporting document creation, formatting and filing -Providing proactive admin support to project teams and managers -Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service -Coordinating travel, meetings and training -Assisting with office facilities, suppliers and contractors -Assisting with wellbeing and engagement initiatives and yearly events -Maintaining high attention to detail across all tasks

What You Bring

-Experience in fleet management & event coordination is a bonus -Excellent organisational, prioritising, attention to detail, communication and time management skills. -Positive, flexible and solutions-focused mindset -Excellent computer skills and an intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs -Strong relationship building skills and ability to liaise with staff at all levels, including senior managers (this role would entail you working closely with internal staff from graduates through to technical directors). -Previous experience in administration and office coordination -The ability to work independently and part of a team and exercise sound judgement.
