Tasks
As an Account Manager within our Asphalt business, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Sydney region. You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of Boral’s asphalt products and services to our customers within the Metro area. -Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers. -Provide expert advice on our range of asphalt products and services, ensuring the right solutions for our customers. -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the Sydney Metro. -Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies. -Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across the region. -Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving. -Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient delivery of asphalt to customers. -Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of the asphalt industry and its products is an advantage. -Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction, asphalt, or related industries. -Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. -A full driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Sydney and Greater Sydney region. -Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
