-Lead commercial delivery of various projects -Build professional relationships with clients and colleagues -Negotiate and agree on final accounts -Provide commercial support to stakeholders -Mentor junior staff -Manage contract changes effectively -Monitor and report project costs accurately -Manage cost variance and contract cash flow -Improve forecast and budget accuracy -Manage costs in line with project objectives -Collaborate with client and contractor teams

What You Bring

-Skills in valuation, risk management, procurement, and cost planning -Expertise in cost and change management -Degree or HNC level qualification -Ability to drive project efficiencies -5+ years of diverse project experience -Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously -Excellent stakeholder communication -Must have DV Security Clearance or willingness to gain DV Clearance -Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services throughout the entire project lifecycle -Knowledge of NEC contracts and/or JCT -Reporting proficiency -Professional qualification desired (MRICS or similar) -Strong understanding of construction industry technical matters
