We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented People & Talent Intern to provide support to our employees locally and globally, starting in January 2026. In this role, you will assist our global team with all areas of human resources including recruitment, health and safety, employee engagement, and much more. -Support internal communications and employer branding by updating website content and sharing announcements across communication platforms. -Participate in People & Talent projects, such as improving recruitment workflows, updating organizational charts, and redesigning onboarding materials. -Perform general administrative duties and collaborate with global teams to support cross-regional P&T initiatives. -Support the full recruitment cycle, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. -Plan and execute employee engagement and office events, including coordinating vendors, guest speakers, and catering logistics. -Serve as a member of the Health and Safety committee, conducting regular office inspections and contributing to policy reviews. -Create and update internal documentation, including hiring guides, onboarding manuals, and process handbooks.
-Demonstrated experience building trustworthy interpersonal relationships with diverse employees. -Highly motivated with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. -Currently enrolled in a Human Resources Program -Ability to handle highly confidential information. -Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. -If needed, throughout the process we will obtain references from former employers and do background checks for level specific, if you have not provided these yourself. -Strong verbal and written communication skills.
