-Work in close collaboration with devops teams and algorithms developers and researchers -Take full ownership of large and complex code base that implements Via’s core algorithm -Develop and maintain multiple mission critical services

What You Bring

-M.Sc. in Computer Science / Software engineering / similar field - significant advantage -Team player: you work well with people, as well as by yourself -B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software engineering / Mathematics / similar field -Experience in architecture and maintaining cloud systems - significant advantage -Have a solid background in software engineering methodologies, such as git, CI/CD -Minimum of 3 years of hands-on industry experience in backend development (Python) -Experience in devops in cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes etc.) - significant advantage -Fast learner: you can quickly master concepts, disciplines and methods -Immediate impact to Via’s thousands of daily passengers and clients around the world, like making our booking application respond to users significantly faster.
