What You Bring

-Company Uniforms and PPE are supplied. -White Card: You will have a current valid Construction White Card, or be willing to obtain one before you start. -Safety: Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts. For safety reasons, you may need to be under a specified weight for these trucks. -Customer Interaction: Driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You’ll meet lots of different personalities every day, so being comfortable with new people is a must. -Medical Check: Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites). -People Skills: You enjoy meeting people and having a chat when you’re onsite. -Licence: You must have a minimum of an HR licence (essential) with previous HR driving experience (preferred).

-Base hourly rate of $33.70 per hour + penalties, allowances & super, paid weekly. -Pay: We pay a base hourly rate of $33.70 on a weekly pay cycle. Overtime kicks in at time and a half after 8 hours, and double time and meal allowance after 10 hours in a day. -Minimum 10-day Agi Driver training program and buddy support. -Ongoing career growth and development opportunities across our nationwide organisation. -Hours: We have full-time and part-time positions available. Most rostered days will start between 5-6am.
