Assist sales personnel in evaluating labor requirements, material costs, and project management needs.
Report all accidents and injuries promptly and follow up on lost-time injuries.
Visit sites as necessary to check progress and fulfill contractual commitments.
Ensure department personnel follow site-specific and company safety standards.
Identify individuals with potential, encourage apprenticeship and NICET training, and offer skill development opportunities.
Quote service, repair, or renovation requests for new and existing customer contacts.
Ensure field personnel with company vehicles comply with driving regulations and truck maintenance.
