Tasks

-Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience. -Assist with the design and implementation of staff development initiatives. -Assist with reporting, audits, and data management. -Coordinate and deliver effective onboarding and induction programs. -Monitor staff progression, performance, and professional development milestones. -Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures. -Ensure all employment documentation and HR systems are accurately maintained. -Provide day-to-day HR support across multiple areas (contracts, policies, employee relations). -Act as the first point of contact for new hires during their initial integration. -Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. -Support managers in identifying training and development needs.

What You Bring

The Human Resources Officer will play a central role in supporting the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, monitoring staff progression, and delivering core HR functions. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth integration of new hires, foster employee development, and maintain compliance with HR policies and best practices. -High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. -Experience in a similar role within [insert industry if relevant]. -Previous experience in HR, ideally with exposure to onboarding and employee development. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -Familiarity with HRIS and learning management systems. -CIPD qualification or equivalent (or working towards). -Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Benefits
