Tasks

-Provide support in system troubleshooting and performance optimization -Assist in providing technical guidance and troubleshooting solutions -Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as needed -Deliver quality work aligned with project and organizational goals -Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts -Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email -Follow WH&S legislation, adhering to safety instructions, procedures, and reporting workplace hazards or incidents -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to solution design -Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle solutions under the guidance of senior consultants -Report identified risks, breaches, and compliance concerns -Stay updated on emerging Oracle trends and technologies

What You Bring

-Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail -Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation of Financial, SCM, or Manufacturing modules preferred -Willingness to obtain Oracle certification(s) -Basic understanding of Oracle SCM, Financial, or Manufacturing processes -Bachelor's degree in a related field -Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with support from senior consultants -Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients -2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud -Technical Expertise (SQL, PL/SQL, Report building, BPM or EBS Workflow) are a plus -Willingness to travel for interstate/overseas assignments as needed -Must have Australian Citizenship -Strong written and verbal communication skills
