-Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and corporate governance requirements. -Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and execution of documentation in line with company procedures. -Contribute commercial and contractual input into business development and tender activities. -Assist with procurement, insurances, securities, and subcontractor agreements. -Liaise with in-house legal teams and clearly communicate contract positions to project teams. -Providing advice to senior management on contractual risks, obligations, and opportunities. -Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to support effective decision-making. -Support Project Managers in managing variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
