Tasks
As our HR Analyst, you’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth employee experience, compliance with regulations, and efficient HR processes as we continue to scale. -Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans. -Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. -Manage terminations and offboarding processes in compliance with legal requirements. -Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. federal and state regulations. -Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll. -Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and policies. -Support recruitment and hiring processes, from posting jobs to onboarding new employees.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration. -Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus. -Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information. -Solid knowledge of U.S. employment laws and payroll regulations. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Proven experience managing hiring and termination processes.
