Develop and implement calibration procedures for a wide range of measurement instruments and systems.
Maintain detailed records of calibration activities, results, and certifications. Analyze measurement data to identify trends, inconsistencies, or deviations.
Perform routine and complex calibrations using standard and specialized equipment.
Manage and maintain calibration schedules and documentation systems. Train staff on proper use and care of measurement equipment. Support audits and inspections by providing calibration documentation and technical expertise.
Ensure all instruments meet required specifications and comply with ISO, ANSI, NIST, and other relevant standards. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot measurement issues and improve processes.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Strong understanding of measurement principles, uncertainty analysis, and statistical methods.
Forklift certified.
Certification from NIST, ASQ, or similar organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Metrology, Engineering, Physics, or a related field preferred (or 10-year equivalent of experience that can be validated).
Experience with automated calibration systems.
Knowledge of ISO 17025 and other relevant quality standards.
Gage Trak experience.
Ability for travel when necessary/planned up to 20%; must qualify for travel within regions of employment including all North America and Latin America. Maintain precision equipment within toolbox standards.
Familiarity with calibration software and tools (e.g., Fluke MET/CAL, LabVIEW).
Proven experience in calibration and metrology in a manufacturing, laboratory, or industrial setting.
