But what really sets us apart is our people. -Be able and willing to teach technicians how to install, replace, repair and troubleshoot systems, as well as train on customer service skills. -Be willing to train and hire new team members. -Have strong computer skills related to industry software, apps, and automation. -Have significant residential HVAC management experience with excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential HVAC Install and sales process. -Live in the North Atlanta Metro area. -Be willing to multi-task and transition between field and office responsibilities. -Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers. -Be willing to attend training and classes. -Drug-free with a clean background and driving record. -Be flexible, growth orientated and work well with others. -Significant experience in RESIDENTIAL HVAC MANAGEMENT. -Excellent knowledge of HVAC installation and troubleshooting skills. -Be comfortable and confident operating a best in class HVAC department within an established business. -Ability to hire and grow an HVAC install department. -Be confident riding along and training new technicians.
