Tasks

-Strengthen internal brand engagement by creating campaigns that inspire pride, alignment and connection to our brand values. -Lead the design, planning and execution of events, from concept to delivery, ensuring a ‘best in class’ experience that enhances our reputation, supports business goals and delivers measurable impact. -Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive brand consistency, manage agency relationships and evaluate the effectiveness of sponsorships and events to inform continuous improvement. -Manage the deployment of marketing and brand strategies, working closely with the Corporate Affairs and Brand teams to ensure consistency across all communication touchpoints. -Develop and deliver a strategic sponsorship proposition that supports SSEN Transmission’s engagement and brand objectives, securing opportunities that build advocacy and meaningful relationships.

What You Bring

-Excellent stakeholder management skills, you’re collaborative, confident and able to influence at all levels. -Proven experience managing strategic events and sponsorships, ideally within a complex or regulated environment. -Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver multiple initiatives on time and within budget. -A passion for brand building and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and consistency across all communications. -An analytical mindset, with experience measuring and reporting on event and sponsorship effectiveness.
