Lead and transform end-to-end supply chain for a North-American industrial manufacturer.

Tasks

-Provide strategic leadership across planning, procurement, logistics, and order management functions to strengthen overall supply chain performance. -Partner with Finance to oversee supply chain budgets, track KPIs, and support business performance objectives. -Identify and address process bottlenecks, improve fulfillment performance, and enhance customer satisfaction. -Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy focused on cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and risk mitigation. -Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment and goal achievement. -Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. -Utilize ERP systems to enhance data visibility, decision-making, and operational agility. -Lead the deployment and continuous refinement of an integrated Sales & Operations Planning process.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, production planning, and operational process improvement. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced education or professional certification is an asset). -Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a collaborative leadership approach. -Proven ability to develop and coach high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence and engagement. -Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management within a multi-site manufacturing environment. -Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented organization. -Willingness to travel across North America as required . -Strong proficiency with ERP systems and deep understanding of S&OP principles.
