Overview
Assist supervising highway construction and maintenance while completing a Level 4 apprenticeship.

Tasks
-Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. -Learn and apply best practices in highway construction and maintenance. -Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. -Assist in the supervision of highway construction and maintenance activities. -Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays. -Support the preparation of site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements. -Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling.

What You Bring
