Tasks

-Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns -Process invoice payments -Provide information about products and services -Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner -Maintain & update customer records based on interactions -Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position -Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. -Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments -Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office -Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management -Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers

What You Bring

-Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds. -Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Reliable, Year-Round Work -Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers -Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required -Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device. -Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
