Tasks
-Impact the quality of own work. -Provide ad-hoc technical assistance to managers and other members of the application development team. -Create photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate the material. -Exchange straightforward information, asks questions, and check for understanding. -Support changes or enhancements to templates and other documentation standards. -Conduct research and interviews with technical and business personnel. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Edit content for the documentation of software applications and hardware environments.

What You Bring
-Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Must hold and maintain a valid, active driver’s license. -In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
