The Role
Overview
Provide functional & technical support/administration for SharePoint, PowerApps & SaaS apps.

Tasks
-Drive compliance and governance by managing ITIL change processes, user access reviews, and security best practices including vulnerability management. -Provide support to high performing team, backing up resources as and when required. -Develop and maintain procedural documentation, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system efficiency and user experience. -Lead system enhancements and upgrades, coordinate testing, patching, and continuous improvements to optimise performance. -Provide Incident & Request support, manage escalations, participate in post incident reviews (PIRs), Problem investigation, Change execution and CMDB management. -Provide expert functional and technical support for MS SharePoint & PowerApps and other Enterprise platforms & Applications, ensuring system reliability and performance -Managing vendor relationships including effort estimation, verification, work coordination, progress updates and effort consumption reports. -Perform system administration tasks, including storage management, security reviews, user management, and regular system maintenance.

What You Bring
-Preferred system administration skills in Atlassian suite, DocuSign, Nintex Promapp. -Strong expertise in application lifecycle management, including deployment, maintenance, and retirement of business applications. -Advanced system administration skills in complex application environments, including SharePoint, Power Apps & Power Automate. -Hands-on experience working across BAU, projects, and enhancements, ensuring continuous system improvements and operational efficiency. -Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and IT system process improvements, leveraging best practices to enhance service delivery. -Skilled in fostering relationships with IT teams, business stakeholders, and service providers, effectively managing expectations and priorities. -Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to analytical thinking, attention to details, problem solving, collaborative and self-driven. -Proven experience in Level 1 and Level 2 application and user support, ensuring seamless issue resolution and system performance.
