Lead Package Manager overseeing structural steel package and subcontractors at Old Oak Common

Tasks
-Ensure safety & environmental compliance. -Lead multidisciplinary teams: coaching, resource planning, conflict resolution. -Manage full package lifecycle: tendering, procurement, delivery, commissioning, handover. -Monitor subcontractor performance: progress, operatives, plant, and design deliverables. -Programme ownership: review schedules, client reporting, trend analysis. -Document control systems (BC, eB, CEMAR).

What You Bring
-Civil engineering experience on major infrastructure projects. -Contract & commercial control: NEC3 compliance, change management, cost forecasting, reporting. -Structural steel, roofing, cladding, and glazing experience. -Familiarity with Network Rail, TfL, and utilities interfaces. -Experience in multidisciplinary interfaces and temporary works. -Procurement process knowledge. -Ability to monitor and report subcontractor performance. -Strong understanding of contracts and Works Information.
