Tasks

-Plan and execute email campaigns and social media strategies tailored to partner audiences. -Craft compelling messaging and content assets, including program guides, e-books, FAQs, videos, and webinars. -Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) marketing strategy for the Bentley Partner Program, aligning with business goals and partner ecosystem priorities. -Design and implement internal and external communication plans to support program launches and ongoing awareness. -Ensure alignment across teams for consistent execution and messaging. -Lead marketing and communication activities to support the user launch of the Bentley Ecosystem Catalog. -Work closely with Partner Programs & Operations, Partner Enablement, Partner Success, Partner Business Development, Marketing and Communications teams. -Coordinate cross-functional input and approvals to ensure consistent messaging and branding. -Develop promotional materials, onboarding content, and awareness campaigns to drive adoption and engagement. -Tactical Execution: Create and manage detailed marketing plans that support partner engagement, recruitment, and enablement across all partner types. -Develop and maintain web content, partner journeys, and digital assets to support program visibility and engagement.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, marketing automation). -Exceptional communication and presentation skills. -Familiarity with go-to-market planning and execution, including web, campaign, and internal enablement strategies. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. -Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and different partner types (sales, services, and product & technology). -5+ years of proven experience in partner marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment. -Excellent storytelling and content development skills across digital and traditional channels. -Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate program goals into compelling marketing and communication plans. -Experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning stakeholders across marketing, sales, and partner teams.
