Support HR Lead with planning and executing HR projects and initiatives.

Tasks

-Provide direct support to the HR Lead on site wide HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals -Participate in and document meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions, capturing actions items and progress updates -Contribute ideas to improve HR processes, tools and resources to enahance project efficiency and employee experience -Assist with the preparation of HR project reports, presentations and dashboards for leadership updates -Liaise with functional managers to gather input, identify needs and ensure alignment with project objectives -Collect, manage and analyse HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations that support evidence based decision making -Assist in the planning, tracking and reporting of HR project milestones, deliverables and timelines -Support and drive workplace projects that enhance employee engagement, well-being and a positive workplace culture. You will partner with the HR team to design, plan, implement and assess initiatives that boost morale, strengthen onboarding experiences and cultivate a constructive and inclusive work environment. -Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and employment legislation within project related activities -Contribute to the design development and implementation of talent development intiatives and work force planning strategies -Support with coordination of communication plans and change management activities related to HR projects
