What You Bring

-9+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role (e.g., Software Development Manager, Team Lead). -Additional Requirements: Employment is subject to successful completion of reference checks and a Canadian criminal background check. -Effective communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. -Experience working cross-functionally with Product, UX, and other stakeholders. -Strong understanding of software delivery practices, system architecture, and agile development. -Familiarity with Safe Software’s core technology areas or similar technical domains. -Demonstrated ability to balance team advocacy with organizational priorities. -Experience leading distributed or remote-first teams. -Experience with hiring and growing high-performing development teams. -Proven ability to coach and develop team members, including senior technical staff.
