Tasks

-Adheres to company policies, procedures and safety standards and maintains a clean work environment -Drive continuous process improvement -Maintain constant communication with the supervisor to coordinate work assignments to meet customer demands and shipping schedules -Operation of material handling equipment -Assists in the coordination of truck arrivals and dock assignments -Assist employees by solving problems, answering questions, reviewing quality, and training employees -Create and review productivity reports -Responsible for shipping, receiving and inventory

-Knowledge of Safety and Health policies and promotes a safe and positive work culture -Basic math and computer skills to perform distribution functions -4 plus years of experience working in a distribution center -Drives inventory accuracy -SAP Knowledge preferred -Continuous improvement knowledge -English language proficiency due to required communication to company and customers outside of the Nevada distribution center -Certified for operating material handling equipment -Experience training other individuals on job duties -Certified to work at heights
