Tasks

-Identify and participate in the development of CAPEX Projects. -Achieve Targeted KPI’s (i.e. safety, reliability volumes, MTBF, etc.). -RCA process and solutions implementation. -Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Achieve Annual Operational Budgets. -This role will be On-call to provide support for the plant on weekends or holidays; this is on a rotating basis with other members of the Maintenance team. -Detailed monthly Forecasting.

What You Bring

-Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Strong cost management and forecasting skills. -Demonstrated leadership capacity with the ability to challenge and develop direct reports. -Good troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical and organizational skills. -Demonstrated commitment to safety through role modeling safe work behaviors and adherence to safety compliance, policies, regulations, etc. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. -Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. -Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
