Oversee civil utility works, ensure safety, quality, and materials compliance on site.

Tasks

Analysing the build map for all constraints and blockers to ensure that all works are coordinated and closed out in a timely manner. Implementing the Stop Register when works are deemed to be unsafe Commercial astute – flag all opportunities to make work streams more efficient Ensure that materials are available to the crews to conduct the works. Negotiate and communicate with internal departments and external customers. Complete on-site surveys in advance of civils crews. Monitor excavations, civils and reinstatement works Supervise the day-to-day activities of Civils resource. Ensuring that all materials are disposed of in accordance with legislation Deliver HSQE Briefs to direct reports and sub-contractors. Responsible for all Crews compliance to HSQE. Work collaboratively with the Construction Manager to ensure that when resources are shared, they are deployed to their optimum capacity. Formulate programmes with the Construction Manager and track the progress on site. Ensuring the quality of the works meet the Clients Requirements We design, build and maintain vital services, connecting people on behalf of our customers. When applicable, Mentor; Lead; Coach; Grow and develop your direct Team members/Colleagues Ensuring waste dockets are checked for all materials to ensure compliance and returned to the Supervisor Ensure that all crews have work packs issued in a logical and timely manner. Responsible for self and colleagues compliance to HSQE
