Tasks

-Review and Approval of Shop Drawings. -Preparation of the DBR, Drawings, BOQ and other technical documents as per the project requirement and client needs. -Supporting Site Execution team in installation, testing, commissioning and handover. -For details which are not available in tender, the candidate should be capable of providing the design anticipating the necessary requirements as per standard norms, codes and best engineering practices. -Preparation of project scope of works /project brief. -Discussing with manger/immediate supervisor on the key milestones w.r.to design and execution at project site to initiate the procurement BOQs, drawings etc… -Preparation of tender BOQ /estimate, IO Summary, indices etc… -Responsible for design, validation and finalisation of ELV & ICT systems -Preparation of schematic drawings in AutoCAD. -Obtaining approvals on the design submissions from client /other stake holders. -Ensure QMS and Project Lifecycle compliance across team and projects -Support procurement team in technical evaluation of the ELV/ICT Systems vendors/sub-contractors in consultation with immediate supervisor/manager. -Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies -Participate in Coordination meetings and ensuring the relevant data w.r.to ELV/ICT systems are exchanged with the concerned disciplines. -Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns, to line manager -Contribute to the delivery of the BU strategy. Including supporting the companies approach to sustainability -Preparation of Value Engineering options. -Preparation of Service Inputs w.r.to ELV /ICT systems which may include but not limited to ELV/ICT Room Space Planning, electrical load and HVAC heat dissipation details. -Attend and contribute to team and project meetings as required -Preparation of simulation reports using software like EASE Address, EASE Focus, JVSG,IB Wave, EKAHAU and other such simulation tools. -Identifying and aligning himself/herself based on the modality of operation for the design stage. -Support the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time and to budgets -First Level QA/QC Review of GFC Drawings and Coordination drawings and submitting the same for manager/immediate supervisor review and approval.

-Good attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. -Must maintain self-control & discipline in challenging situations -Video Wall Design (For control rooms) -Public Address & Voice Alarm System (PAVA) -Respond positively and flexibly and be open to change -Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to all levels. -ICT Active -Candidate should be able to coordinate with other disciplines and facilitate seamless input sharing. -Knowledge in Data centre, Telecom rooms, server room , BHS server, AODB, NOC room design as per codes and standards -CCTV System (Internal and External) -The candidate should have knowledge and relevant experience in performing all the roles and responsibilities as mentioned above for the following systems. -ICT Systems -Good communications and written skills, team player, self-motivated, assertive and high analytical skill. -Must have a pleasant disposition and work in partnership with people on an individual, team level and end user levels. -Awareness on Indian and International Standards pertaining to ELV/ICT. -Candidate with knowledge on estimation of ELV/ICT system will be an added advantage. -Crash Alarm System -Data Center Design (ELV/ICT) -ICT Passive -Visual Docking Guidance System -Candidate to update the manager /immediate supervisor in all the steps of project mentioned above and appraising him/her on any support required or clarifications required. -Must be enthusiastic about learning, innovation, and motivating others. -Commercial Acumen, Adaptability & Learning -Capability in extraction of details from the BIM Models if provided by client. -Capability to quickly understand the project and preparing queries in coordination with the manager/immediate supervisor.
