Operates motor grader to level subgrade for road construction.

-Judge distances and slopes accurately -Attaching different blades or attachments to equipment -Conduct equipment inspections, grease, and oil daily to maintain proper working condition. -Follow instructions and meet set standards -Make decisions based on verifiable standards.

What You Bring
-Ability to read and understand plans and specifications. -Grading experience is preferred -Lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds. -Ability to operate motor grader in a safe and efficient manner per company safety standards. -Aligning machine, cutterhead or depth gauge marker with reference stakes and guidelines on the ground -Experience with GPS is a plus -Use hands, arms, and legs fully -Read engineering drawing -See well (either naturally or with correction) -High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience -Proper certification required
