Tasks

-Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials. -Comply with and uphold all company rules and policies regarding safety and operational procedures. -Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to accomplish tasks and meet operational goals. -Ensure proper packaging and securing of items for shipment to prevent damage during transit. -Safely and accurately handle items within the racking system, ensuring proper organization and accessibility. -Build shipping boxes and skids as required, using hand tools as necessary. -Conduct cycle counts periodically to maintain accurate inventory records. -Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to safety and efficiency. -Assist with other duties as requested by management to support the overall functioning of the Distribution Center. -Work in a team environment to support the overall efficiency of the Distribution Center. -Prioritize safety in all tasks within the Distribution Center, with a strong emphasis on housekeeping standards.

What You Bring
