Tasks

-Engaging new, current and previous customers with solutions for their home comfort needs -Conduct follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base -Attaining sales goals at or above quota revenues -Helping homeowners save money on utilities and future repairs

What You Bring

-Prior experience in HVAC is not required -Strong relationship-building skills -Basic PC computer proficiency -Proven track record of success -Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals and expectations -Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to establish and develop strong relations with customers -Minimum three years of business to consumer sales -Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills as well as solid analytical and problem solving abilities -Post-secondary education in business OR marketing (an asset)
