R&D Transformer Service Operations domain expert (f/m/d)

Lead R&D projects to standardize, improve, and document transformer service operations.

Tasks

-Organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new / existing transformer services. -Making standard policies, instructions, training material to ensure the effective implementation of the targeted processes from operational, quality and knowledge transfer standpoint. -Provide support to other team member as well as local units when needed (operations, engineering, product management, product marketing, ...) -Global collaboration with scientists of Hitachi Energy Research team and Technology Centers, Technology Managers and Engineers from the various GPGs (Service / PT / DT). -Run standardization projects, propose and develop new operational concepts around new services, and simulate their expected performance in real pilots. -Participate in, and assist team members in a variety of more complex operations activities.

What You Bring

-Fluent spoken and written English. Other languages will be an advantage. -A collaborative, structured, problem-solving, self-driven, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. -Experience in transformer service portfolio within multinational environment will be highly valued. -More than 10 years of proven experience within Power Transformers operations. -MSc education within Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field. -Excellent abilities in teamwork in international teams with excellent interpersonal skills. -Ability to create technical and operational documentation, training instructions… -Ability to use effective methodologies around knowledge and experience capture.
