What You Bring

-Knowledge of basic business principles sufficient to project and monitor expenses. -Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings. -Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology or Construction Management, Construction Technology. -Basic knowledge of construction principles and ambition to succeed/advance. -Proven track record of managing finishes and punch list. -Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. -3+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in multi-unit projects. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
