Tasks
-Develop and implement fire and building safety strategies across our estate. -Play a key role in safeguarding the residents and properties of a leading retirement living developer. -Conduct audits on fire risk assessments, ensuring best practice across our properties. -Keep up to date with legislative changes and ensure our approach evolves accordingly. -Lead fire remediation projects and implement recommendations to enhance safety. -Work closely with Hampshire Fire and Rescue and external consultants to maintain our high safety standards. -Provide expert guidance to internal teams, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Do you have the knowledge, leadership, and passion to drive fire and building safety strategy across a nationwide property estate? If so, we want to hear from you! Location: Nationwide role (travel required to our Developments) -Experience in developing and implementing safety strategies across large property estates. -Degree-qualified professional with membership in a relevant fire safety body (e.g., IWFM). -Extensive knowledge of fire and building safety legislation. -Resilient, proactive, and results-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills. -Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulations to diverse audiences.
