Assistant Community Manager

Overview

Support daily ops, leasing, compliance, and resident relations for a 138‑unit LIHTC community.

Tasks

-Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality property upkeep, contributing to a safe and pleasant living environment. -Handle accounts payable and receivable, aid in rent collection, and assist in managing delinquencies to maintain the financial health of the community. -Assist in preparing reports to monitor community performance and identify areas for improvement. -Assist in managing leasing activities, marketing efforts, resident recertifications, and general administrative duties to ensure efficient community operations. -Ensure adherence to affordable housing program requirements (e.g., HDC, HCR, HUD, LIHTC) by maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance audits. -Address resident concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a positive living environment. Assist in organizing resident appreciation and retention events to build a strong community spirit.
