Tasks

-Encourage open communication and recognize team achievements -Approve or delegate complex designs as needed -Contribute to certification, documentation, and standardization efforts -Conduct regular coaching sessions and team meetings -Keep the team informed about company goals and changes -Oversee planning, progress, risks, and quality of engineering tasks -Provide clear direction using structured engineering tools, processes, and defined responsibilities -Guide competence development through training and feedback -Engage external resources when local capacity is limited -Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party engineering teams

-Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience -Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills -Familiarity with engineering methodologies (e.g., V-model) -Strong leadership and technical expertise -Proficiency in English (written and verbal) -Experience leading technical teams in an international environment -Competencies in prioritization, negotiation, conflict management, and customer orientation -Assertiveness, stress resilience, and cost-consciousness -Ability to manage complexity and stakeholder coordination -Safety Certificate for Contractors (or willingness to complete training) -Impeccable conduct and cooperation in safety investigations
