Tasks
-Compliance: Maintain full compliance with MCS and RECC standards. -Follow-Up: Engage with quotes and leads to maximise conversion rates. -Conduct Surveys: Carry out in-home surveys to assess suitability for solar, battery, and heat pump systems. -Lead Conversion: Convert GreenGen-supplied leads and proactively generate new enquiries and relationships. -Professional Representation: Represent GreenGenUK with professionalism, building trust and long-term customer relationships. -Design Proposals: Create and present tailored proposals, supported by our in-house design team. -Customer Education: Educate customers on technology, payback, and available grants such as the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
